These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SettleUK.ai platform ("Platform"), operated by Settle AI Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Interpretation & Definitions

• "User" / "you" – any individual using the Platform

• "AI Outputs" – any content generated by artificial intelligence systems

2. Nature of the Platform

The Platform provides:

• AI-powered immigration and relocation assistance
• Task tracking, reminders, and workflow tools
• General informational guidance on UK processes

The Platform operates as a technology platform only — not a legal, immigration, or advisory service provider.

3. No Legal or Professional Advice

3.1 The Platform does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice.

3.2 The Company is:

• Not regulated by the OISC, SRA, or FCA
• Not acting as an advisor, solicitor, or representative

3.3 All content:

• Is informational only
• May not reflect latest laws or policies
• Must not be relied upon as professional advice

3.4 You agree that you will seek independent professional advice before making immigration or legal decisions.

4. AI-Specific Disclaimer

4.1 The Platform uses AI systems to generate outputs.

4.2 You acknowledge that AI Outputs:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Are probabilistic (not deterministic)
• Depend on your inputs

4.3 The Company makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, suitability, or legal compliance.

4.4 You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and verifying information.

5. Platform Role & Liability Structure

5.1 The Company provides tools, infrastructure, and workflows. It does not execute or submit applications, and does not represent users.

5.2 Where the Platform introduces Third-Party Providers, the Company acts solely as an intermediary. Any engagement is directly between you and the third party.

5.3 The Company is not liable for third-party advice, application outcomes, delays, or refusals.

6. Account Registration

6.1 You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure

6.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account and any misuse of your credentials.

6.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts if information is false or misleading, or if Terms are breached.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate immigration and personal information
• Use the Platform lawfully
• Not attempt to manipulate or misuse AI systems

You must not:

• Upload fraudulent documents
• Misrepresent eligibility or identity
• Use the Platform for unlawful immigration activity

8. User Data & Documents

8.1 You may upload sensitive personal data (e.g. passports, visas).

8.2 You warrant that you have the legal right to share such data and that all information is accurate.

8.3 You remain responsible for data accuracy and data legality.

9. Services & Features

9.1 The Platform may include free and paid features, as well as beta or experimental tools.

9.2 We may modify or remove features, introduce new services, or restrict access.

10. Payments (If Applicable)

10.1 Fees (if any) will be displayed clearly and may be subscription-based or one-off.

10.2 Payments must be made in full and on time. They are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

10.3 We reserve the right to change pricing and introduce new paid features.

11. Third-Party Services

11.1 The Platform may integrate government services, external advisors, and payment providers.

11.2 We do not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, or compliance.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All rights in the Platform belong to the Company, including software, AI systems, and branding.

12.2 You may use outputs for personal use.

12.3 You may not copy or resell the Platform, or reverse engineer systems.

13. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information and not disclose platform logic or systems.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Visa refusals
• Immigration decisions
• Financial or indirect losses
• Errors in AI outputs

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months (if any).

15. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Company does not guarantee visa approval, immigration success, or timeline accuracy.

16. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free service. We may suspend or discontinue the Platform or restrict access.

17. Termination

17.1 We may terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.

17.2 You may stop using the Platform at any time.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
